We are happy to facilitate warranty replacements for the U.S., Canada, and other countries worldwide. For all international inquiries, please contact info@loveamika.com for separate instructions. amika tools purchased from unauthorized retailers are not covered under warranty. To verify an authorized retailer please email info@loveamika.com. All warranty returns must include a proof of purchase AND DEFECTIVE TOOL. Once all required claim information is received, replacements are processed between 1-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your package to be delivered. Should your original tool/ design print be no longer available, we will send you the latest tool design of equal value. You will be charged a fee to cover shipping and handling of your replacement tool. Please follow the below instructions to start your warranty claim process. Once your information has been submitted, someone from our amika customer service team will reach out to you to proceed. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. No replacement parts or repairs are ever provided under warranty, only brand new styling tools for you to enjoy. Warranty does not cover lost, stolen, altered, or misused items.
